    Ahh well, only 1lb this week. :sigh:

    But as proof of this diet messing with totm, i managed to come on this week, while having the contraceptive injection and not being on for about 7 years! :confused:
    So should take that into account.

    Haven't gone off plan once in 3 weeks, so hoping for a good loss next week to make up for it. :sign0009:

    Sorry I havent been around much girls and boys, but normal service resumes today. :D

    Hey Claire a pound is a pound, have u seen what that is in lard!!! TOTM does affect most people with water retention. 1st time round on this diet I was on for 8 weeks!!

    Keep on track and you will be rewarded..

    I had problems last month. I'm sure everything will be back to normal nest week, sounds like you are doing really wel anyway!

    Well done. I know that sometimes we can be a bit disappointed with our losses, but at least it is weight off. I'd have given anything to have lost 1lb last week as I stayed the same - despite angelic behaviour!
