4 Week Cycle Challenge :)

    Just for me really but you lot might be interested.

    4 weeks untill i go to paris so challenge is to ride 4 times a week for 4 weeks atleast 40 minutes :)

    Will still write it up in my diary though, its just so exercise is clearly in one place - if ya get me! :)

    Week 1

    Total Miles = 53
    Total Time = 2hr40m

    Tuesday 9th March

    *15 miles - 50minutes

    Thursday 11th March

    *15 miles - just under 45minutes

    Friday 12th March

    *15 miles - 45 minutes
    *walked up 420 steps, down 420 steps (at work)

    Saturday 13th March

    *Walked up 350 steps, down 350 steps (at work)

    Sunday 14th March

    *8 miles - 20 mins

    Tuesday 16th March

    *15 miles .. just under 40mins
    *walked up 420 steps and down 420 steps (at work)

    Wednesday 17th March

    *20mins cycle
    *walked up 210 steps and down 210 steps (at work)

    Thursday 18th March

    *40minute cycle
    *walked up 350 steps and down 350 steps (at work)
    *half hour walk with my friend on her lunch break
