    Ok so mega excited! I was at 'Fat Club' last night and I have lost 18 pounds in 8 weeks, according to there scales! So the challenge has only 4 more weeks to go! And the biggest loser wins £150!

    I would love to win, any tips welcome!

    You're joking! You're the one who should be giving out the tips - just look at your record! I don't see how you can do any more than you're already doing myself! xx

    Do you know what you are up against - in terms of the amount that you will need to lose in the next 4 weeks to win ??

    However - I am not sure what you can do that you haven't done already ???!!

    In terms of a small boost - I have had the odd day when I eaten the granola and a yoghurt instead of a main meal/soup - but i really love the granola and if I am eating late will always choose cereal (in real life!!) I wouldn't eat a whole day of cereal - and when I have done it it is usually a sunday night and I have had a roast with the family at lunch time !!
