4 Weeks!!!!!

    Today is the beginning of my 5th week, which means I have successfully stuck to the diet and stayed off the scales for 4 whole weeks!!!

    Weigh in today showed - 18 1/4lbs for the 4 weeks :) :)

    Which also means I am in the 12s!!!!!! :party0049:

    So all in all YAY!

    Have finally updated my ticker - which I had refused to change after my month off with a chest infection and uber gain!

    So now to do it all again :) 4 weeks, no weighing, 1 day off for OH birthday :rolleyes:

    Easter Challenge 4th Apr - 2nd May - 14lbs

    Wish me luck!!!! (I may need it, been really struggling the last 2 days)

    Well done!! And staying off the scales for 4 whole weeks :O wow, for me that would be harder than the dieting itself lol! xx

    It was hard but it actually made it easier to stick to as I didn't have any bad weigh ins to put me off

    I used to get on the scales at least 3 times a day - that is such a lie it was every time I went to the toilet I would strip off and weigh! But any day it would show a slight up or a long STS I would go mad get angry and start eating :(

    thanks guys really hope I can do it, been such a struggle the last few days, gone back to the angry snappy cow I was when I first started *sigh*
    It's all feeling a bit of a struggle :(
