40 day slim fast challenge <3

Food diary today:

Breakfast: strawberry shake 230 cal
Lunch: strawberry shake 230 cal
Dinner: tomato pasta 600 cal
Snacks: special k bar 100 cal
Sf bar 100 cal
Muller light 100 cal


Exercise 1 hour bike and 30 min brisk walk, and whatever else I can fit inx
 
We'll I've had an amazing day, been 100% on plan and to top it off I passed my driving test today :-D very happy jenn jenn

Okay I had a blue wkd for lunch but only because today was my nans funeral and I had it instead of another Shake, apart from that I've been on plan today x

3lb lost this week wooo need 5lb loss this week coming to get to goal!!! Lol will try and get as close as I can, will work my butt off exercising x
 
Done 3 hours walking today 30 mins exercise bike 20 mins interval training and feeling pooped x

Another day done roll on Friday <3 partyyy, I know I will gain a few pounds whilst I'm away but will continuing back on ww after to lose the rest of the weight ultimately 9st 7lbs will be my final goal x
 
We'll this is sadly going to be my last day of slimfast, I'm going away tomorrow and I cannot wait :), will check in tomorrow with the results of how many pounds I melted in 40 days, and after the holz will be continuing my weight loss journey over in the weight watcher department, I've actually really enjoyed doing it haven't felt hungry cam see a huge difference, so will post before and after shots tomorrow also x

We'll I lost 4lb this week can't complain about that, 1lb away from where I wanted to be for my holiday today, in total lost 1st 3lbs/17lbs during my 14 days on slimfast, so it proves that it really does work if u dedicate yourself!!! Anyway got to go get ready for my holz, will post before and after pics later xox
