4000 calorie fail - have you ever?

    Hi all!

    I was SO impressed yesterday on my first fast day yesterday - 501 calories. And I walked into town which used about 140 but I didn't eat them back.

    Then today, I just ate non stop. How on earth can I do so well on a fast day and eat like this today? I'm such a prat.

    Is there anyway to save myself?! Has anyone done this before?!

    Aw honey I am sure someone will be along who has. I'm new to this so at the mo I'm really a bit anal about it but I lay money on it once day soon I'll make your 4000 look like a down day ;) the reason I'm still limiting my up day cal intake is cos I know I'd blow it if I didn't. Inside me there is still a morbidly obese persons ability to eat & she would desperately love to get out!!!!

    Oh sweetie don't beat urself up. I'm new to 5:2 (although think I will try alternate days fasting!) I've dabbled for a couple of weeks but seriously trying to get my head round it all. I'm quite sure we'll all have moments like that lol

    Yes I did. My first UD after a down was a binge fest and I shovelled back everything in sight. I never did that again ( well not often anyway). xx
