    Hi all! :wavey:

My challenge is to lose 3 stone for my mother in law's 50th bday party on 2nd October.

I have 9 weeks to do it so i must lose 4lb a week for 9 weeks on the weight watchers diet and work out at the gym.

Can I do it?? I really need some advice and inspiration!

    thank you!:p:p
