Hello all, not been on here for while due to being ill. Lost another pound due to gastric flu. Silver lining. Got to fast 24 hours now to see if that will get rid of that bug. Just hope I can keep the weight off once I am ok again. How is everyone? Xx

I saw a small gain, even though I'd been on track and so I just lost it for the week, gave up even trying! I either gained 0.25lb or 0.5lb which I suppose isn't too bad really. Need to get back on track now!

Welcome a stone before christmas should be achievable, especially since you lose more the first week most of the time!
