Hi Nicolaann.. Thanks for the words of encouragment. I am doing okay so far. Finding w.w good for me. I am hoping it does start dropping off. I am joining a new gym so hopefully that'll boost my weight loss. I am also doing kettlebell training and that just burns fat. Look forward to following your journey too.xxxxxxx

I was only 3lbs lighter than you when I started and that was a shock to see my weight like that but I have stuck to my plans and have lost nearly 7 stone since August so if I can do it- so you can! I still have a bit to go but I feel like I am really getting there!
Good luck on your journey, there will be ups and downs but it is soooo worth it and as the weight falls off, you will feel better and better about yourself xx

Hi! you have definitely come to the right place for support to get the weight off.

I started with SW last November weighing in at 20.5 stone and i'm now 4.4 stone lighter and happier than I have been in a long time.

Good luck and stick with it, only you can make it happen if you want it badly enough.

Keep posting on here its a great motivator x
