A bit up and down/ i would like a buddy?

Ive been trying to loose weight for ages and i am doing so, very slowly. We are talking extreamly slowly because the second i have a little time off ( for my birthday , holiday ect) i mess it up. anyway ive been dieting for about 2 years on and off and i am 3 st lighter than i was at my hugest :]
I think it would help is i had someone to keep me ontrack?
Is anyone else as useless as me?
