1250 cals is great. esp.nice to see it with 'exciting' food as opposedto run of the mill, 'steamed fish with veg' type food!!

Definitely! I would rather eat less but of foods I like as opposed to more of foods that I'm not particularly fond of, such as: nuts; heaping piles of vegetables; grains; soup; fish or porridge. I know they're good for you, and that you should include some healthy food in your diet, but tbh I would get SO bored and would end up falling off the diet wagon - big time. :p

I think "moderation" is key, so you're not depriving yourself. :)
 
Well, since I have the day off today (from school, as I have no lessons), I will probably be staying in bed all day doing coursework and watching TV. I'm going to go to the gym with my sister in the late afternoon as well. :)

Tea with a fair bit of milk and sugar, oops :p (100)

Crackers and salsa (50)
Cadbury's chocolate fingers (80)
Chocolate oaty bar (70)

2 x Blue Ribband chocolate bars - I'm bad, haha! (200)

Battered fish with peppers and ketchup (400)

Today I had a bit more than usual, but since I went to the gym I'm not TOO fussed about it.

Breakfast:
2 x weetabix with milk (200)

Lunch:
French Fries crisps (100)
2 x satsumas (50)
3 x custard creams (200)
Mini choc digestives (200)

Snack:
2 x dark chocolate mint cremes (100)
Special K mini breaks (100)

Dinner:
Batterred fish with peppers and dip (350)
Choc chip cookie (100)

Total:
1,400 calories
 
Oh my goodness, they are amazing aren't they? So addictive. :p

I think the reason I snack on bad stuff all the time is because sixth form wears me out BIG TIME, and I just feel like I need some kind of sugar boost. :p

I've been to the gym 4 times this week :D and today I've done 30 minutes on the cross trainer and lots of weights.

Doin well raspberry...my only question tho is - how do u stop at just 3 quality street?!?!? Id have the whole tin munched in an hr! lol

I ended up having another small handful. So that would make my total for yesterday roughly around 1,700 calories.

I'm going to Pizza Hut with my friends later, and I'm was planning on just having a starter of chicken wings (350 calories) but then that's just being silly. I'm planning on having chicken arribiata with one piece of garlic bread (600 calories). I usually allow around 1,700 - 2,000 calories on Fridays and Saturdays anyway. :)

Breakfast:
2 x weetabix and milk with a bit too much sugar :p (300)

Lunch:
Mackerel (200)
Monster Munch (100)
Cereal bar (100)
Apple (50)
Ginger biscuit (50)

Dinner:
*Planning on having chicken arribiata pasta with 1 x garlic bread at Pizza Hut (600)*

Total:
Probably about 1,400 calories (knowing me, I'll end up consuming more by the end of the day ;)).

ACTUALLY I ENDED UP EATING AROUND 2,000 CALORIES :p I had loads of other random crap as well as my meal. I definitely don't think I went over 2,000 - so it's all gravy! :)

Pizza Hut was great :) I ended up having ravioli and 1 piece of garlic bread (that comes free with every pasta dish) which ended up being 650 calories. I had so much fun as well. :)

So, for today..hmm, I've gone just over 2,000 calories. Oh well, this weekend has been SO much better than the last one! The damage (if there is any) will be easily repairable ;)! Butttt if I want to lose quite a bit of weight before Christmas, I seriously need to pull my finger out and be STRICT for once!!!

Been busy today (yet I still make time for facebook and mini mins lol), so haven't had time to go to the gym or anything. Today went quite badly for a Monday.

Small piece of mackerel (50)

This huge chicken breast which I took all the gross skin off (300?)

Total:
Guessing about 1,400 calories

I've had between 1,600 - 1,700 calories today. I cba to fill out every single thing I've had today. I definitely feel a bit thinner this week too.

Sooooo, I haven't been here for a while! :p

I think I've lost around a pound or so since my last visit, but I've mainly been eating 2,000 calories - so I've been maintaining! I think I'll just eat around that up until January when I'll begin to seriously diet again. :)
