Breakfast

beans and cheese on toast using 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB) and 3 babybel light (HEA)
2 oranges

i have made the giant jaffa cake totalling 63 syns so cut into 16 = 4 syns a slice but going to have that tommorow, ending up eating about 6 syns of choc and jelly from the empty bowls so thats my syns for the day (6 syns)

ok broken my 5 syns a day rule for today but should still be ok, had to try a piece of my jaffa cake ( 4 syns)

5 mini maoam sweets (5 syns)

Lunch/Dinner


Pasta beans and cheese using 45g mozzarella (HEA)

i was naughty and just craving cereal, didnt weigh it out just had 2 superfull bowls, will be high in syns but doesnt sound as bad as having a takeaway syn wise, but since my 5 syn rule this week hopefully should still be ok

pretty pissed off, been weighing myself all week and ive pretty much sts/been abit lighter then it gets to weigh in day and the scales recon ive put on 2lb! So think its just a heavy day today, hopefully weigh in scales will be nice to me, but if not shall not be too disheartend as i dont really think i have got any bigger.

weigh in at 7pm.... put on 1lb :( boo bt not too bad guess my bad week the week befores caught up with me

Just a suggestion but maybe you are not eating enough it can really hinder weight loss. Maybe trying to have something for breakfast and lunch every day would help even if it's just something small? X

Thanks, shall have a go maybe start having yogurts and fruit for breakfast again :)

Found a recipe on the bbc for apple pie samosas changed the recipe abit didnt use sultanas, swapped sugar for sweetner , butter for beaten egg and used cinamon instead of mixed spice, turned out really nice and just less than 1.5 syns per triangle :)

Ok since preparation is the key to sucess apparently im going to be all prepared for Saturday as me and the bf have planned to go out for a meal with another couple we know, I've managed to persuade everyone to go to Frankie and Bennys over TGI Fridays after seeing how many syns are in basically all of TGI's meals. Last time i went to Frankie and bennys I had the spaghetti oceana which i approx estimated for 4 syns and it was really lovely and i still managed a good loss that week :), Theres more pasta than seafood in the whole thing so will make it a green day.

hi hun, after reading your diary last week, and speaking to you about red and green days and sausages etc lol i decided to go back to red and green days, been doing it 3 days now and ive already lost two pounds doing red and green, so i was definatly doing something wrong on extra easy lol

it did really inspire me and i LOVVEEE the healthy extra, extras lol : D
