Sunday 17/02/2013 Green Day

Breakfast


Baked beans with toasted 60g wholemeal roll (HEB) and fried eggs
special k chewy delight bar (HEB)

Lunch

Spaghetti with poached eggs 4 mini pieces of flat bread spread with tomato puree (7 syns maybe)

Dinner

Pasta with half a tin of fray bentos meatballs (7.5 syns)

Then had a binge :(

3 hero sized dairy milk caramels melted with 4 tsp peanut butter
2 packs of velvet crunch
4 nutri grain breakfast biscuits

doesnt sound that bad but adding up the syns would make me sad

total syns = too many

Weigh in tomorrow aswell :(

weigh in a 7pm eeek .... put on 1.5 lbs booo :( but back on it since I dont think I deserve d that much of a gain so hopefull for a good loss next week. Fingers crossed

Thanks guys and hopefully, its a difficult one this week as its my 21st tomorrow, the girls at work have just given me my pressies and practically forced a cookie down my neck lol hopefully no one else will try to 'treat' me with food :)

Thank you :) Well I did have a great birthday and have been completley off plan since :( boo bad Tuesday but its now only 53 day to my holiday in Egypt I do really need to slim down or I wont fit in my summer clothes :( I know i keep stopping and starting but I really need to actually do it now. Count down to Egypt starts here!

Where are you staying? I'm looking at possibly two weeks in hurgada going on 10th may - keep holding off booking in case the price comes dowb
 
Staying at el gouna resort im not entirley sure which part it is but thing it may be near hurgada it looks awesome :) im lucky my mum and dad has paid for me and my bf to go as my 21st present

Back again, the diet has not been going well, found out i'm pregnant a couple of week ago and been eating like a pig since then, so back to try and get my eating under controll or i am actually gunna be the size of a house. Not entirley sure what i should be eating as a pregnant woman so going to have a browse on that part of the forum.
