Oh wow! Congratulations!!

As a mum of 3 I can recommend eating lots of fruit, veg and iron rich food like red meat etc but the first 12 weeks are difficult cause sometimes all you will want to eat is junk! Try not to worry so much about it xxx
 
Thank you Lisa2 and thanks for the advice im really battling with junk food at the moment! Need to do a food shop and get lots of nice fruit!! xx

Back again, the diet has not been going well, found out i'm pregnant a couple of week ago and been eating like a pig since then, so back to try and get my eating under controll or i am actually gunna be the size of a house. Not entirley sure what i should be eating as a pregnant woman so going to have a browse on that part of the forum.

ok so write off again this week :( im getting really quite fat now and i shouldnt be im only 4 week really need to sort myself out so going to plan meals for next week and hopefully stick to them!

My stats are super out now but just going to leave them as not really going to be weighing myself just trying to stick to a healthy diet, im pretty sure ive put on about 2 stone since i last wrote on here and at just 3 months preg i think thats ridiculous, Ive been like a hoover where food is concerned, stopping smoking and being pregnant has just sent my apitite wild and ive been eating all the wrong things :( Im not a member of slimming world anymore so just going to google syns etc. so please correct me if im wrong. Not sure how many extra healthy extras I can have now but going to try do some research.

ok I have been following plan just not been on here too preoccupied with writing out the food diaries/ baby, but going to try stay back on this site as I think it helped me loose before and I really really need to loose now as im being a bridesmaid in may and we bought the dress last night 2 sizes too small! any who lost 11.5lbs so far so aiming to loose 2.5 for weigh in Tuesday to reach my stone, fingers crossed
