...not on plan oops did have quite abit of vodka last night and was feeling slightly hung over

Then went to a bbq had one sausage and 1 burger

Then had about half a peshwari naan from the take away

Total syns = lots but I keep thinking to myself a normal thin person probably would eat the same things ive eaten today and not worry about it ...its really not that much food ...we will see

ok didn't entirely go back to plan the last couple of days anyways had weigh in today and put on half a lb :/ not bad going for what ive eaten tbf anyways starting afresh today ...

Had a sneaky look on the scales this morning and discovered im still the same, I realise I havnt stuck to plan completely but compared to what I was eating before I started I was expecting some change, so sticking to plan is needed! Anyways not supposed to be weighing in till tomorrow. Hopefully next week will be better
