1st weigh in :/.... lost 2lbs :) ok not great but have had a couple of bad days

... then kinda left work at 3 without having lunch so I could leave early went to a friends and was starving so couldn't resist :/

had 6 wkds
3 small packs of kettle chips
a slice o bread with jam
Jacobs cream crackers with jam
fresh orange juice

Total syns = lot (off plan)

Bacon and egg sandwich using 2 slices wholemeal from 800g loaf (2 HEB)

Scotch eggs using joes sausage meat

Asda sweet chili beef wrapped in lettuce with just less than half a tbsp of blue dragon sweet chilli sauce ( 1.5 syns )

Joes chilli and garlic burgers with lettuce, cucumber and 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (3 syns)

Turkey Chow mein with noodles, turkey, bean sprouts, Mixed stir-fry vegetables with water chestnut and bamboo shoots and 2 blue dragon chow mein sachets which are 6
12 syns but will be sharing between 3 (4 yns)

Boots prawn cocktail spirals ( 3.5 syns )

Then had a few handfuls of bf s2 popcorn with nuts and honey ....then 2 big bowls of cornflakes :(

I am not meaning to preach but do you know that cheese strings are not a HE. they are around 3 syns each.

Going to try follow slimmingworlds basic principles this time but only loosely as I am not longer a member, just after a healthier lifestyle to loose weight. Trying not to drink diet coke as I have a slight addiction trying to drink water with Himalayan mountain salt and lemons.
