A little help please :)

I'm seeing my bridesmaid tomorrow and she wants to go for food... Nightmare!

I've been doing ts for 2 weeks and have had good losses. I was wondering... If I went to nandos, had a plain grilled chicken breast and a plain green salad with no dressing would this be ok for a ws day? I don't want to knock my self out of ketosis :(

Could you suggest going for coffee instead & u could keep 100% its a shame to jeopardise things so early on. I wouldn't have the will power. I have sat at the big Chinese Buffet having a coffee & pint of water. Initially felt like a lemon, but got over myself & was grand! who am I kidding was mega chuffed. But as soon as I start eating I puff up like a balloon & pile on the lbs. :)
