    hi everyone

Week 14 weigh in and I lost 2.4lbs but.... it appears this moved me from the *obese* to just *overweight* bmi category! Woohoo, I've not been this low in 15 years or so, to say I'm delighted is an understatement. This is a massive achievement for me and marks 11 points off my bmi from my heaviest weight last year. It's been a particularly hard week for me too so this *reward* just makes that struggle and the success all the sweeter :) x

I so can relate to that. When I started I did a chart for myself pound by pound from my heaviest (294) to what I felt unobtainable for me(170) and ticked off each BMI range on it too. I felt so good to see my weight getting close to or moving down into the next category. We all need milestones along the way to keep us motivated and help us feel good about ourselves.
Well done again on achieving one of your special ones.

Thanks Molly, I lost 2lbs today so that takes me into the 20s and I cannot believe it, I never thought I'd get here, feels fantastic. You are such an inspiration hon, keep up the good work, am sure neither of us will go back there again, it's just not a happy place is it? xx

Well done on another 2lbs loss. You are so right, we do not want to go back to our old selves. We have to keep reminding ourselves that as individuals we owe it to ourselves to stay in control. Have a great week this week.
