A new food diary, feel free to comment!

Starting another food diary as I had a disapointing 1pound loss last week!

Yesterday went like this:

bf Weetabix heb with milk hea
followed by a nectorine

snack banana

lunch turkey salad and a apple

snack pineapple, mullerlight and a oreo 2.5 syns

tea reggea reggea chicken 1 syn with jacket pot, spread 2 syns and veg.

late night snack angel delight :-(..my partner was eating it and i didnt really need it but ended up finishing it off. Im going to say 5 sysn

So 10.5 for the day, so much for sticking to 5 a day!!:rolleyes:

Id like to loose 2 pounds this week, so fingers crossed for me!

todays menu:

bfast syn free pancake with strawberries and raspberries and a muller light

snacks nectorine and banana

Lunch-going to meet a friend at a nature reserve for a nice walk then stop off at the cafe. Im planning on jacket pot with spread 2 syns, beans and salad

snack melon

tea:chilli or spag and meataballs!

Im going to try and stay with 2 syns for today...! A couple of things id like to cook over the weekend are lemon couscous cake and the curried parsnip soup! x
