A new me!

    Hi all,

    Started my weight loss journey on 14/1/08. I want to loose 6 stones!!
    My 1st target is to be 2 stones down by 17/3/08. 3 pounds to go to reach that.
    My 2nd target is to be 3 stones down by 10/5/08.
    My 3rd target is to be 4 stones down by 1/8/08.

    Here's Hoping!! I'm doing low carb.;)

    Have 4 weddings to go to so big incentive to lose weight so I can find some nice clothes..

    Doing low carb, going well so far. Off bread, potatoes, rice etc. Eating lean meat, green veg, salads, cream not milk. Much like atkins but I'm not too strict on the quantities yet. I'm sure as my weight loss slows I'll have to be more strict.

    Been stuck for the last 2 weeks due to cheating! Lets just say that Paddy's weekend followed by Easter meant lots of chocolate!! Back on the straight and narrow. Finally a pound down this week. Onwards and downwards.....

    Good luck, have a similiar amount to lose, and by looking at your targets, it helped set realistic target for me too. Stay motivated! :)

    Hi all
    Weight loss slowed down the last few weeks. Went to a wedding and went downhill from there! Finally back on track. Lost 3lbs in the last month. Must try harder.....
