A question

I tend to graze my way through the day as opposed to having full meals. I work from home so the fridge and kitchen are right there!

For example today so far I've had:

All Bran for breakfast with 100ml of milk
A small bowl of left over veg stir fry from last night around 11
Handful of SW chips with a small salad at 1ish followed by an Alpen light bar
A couple of plums just now

I'll probably have chickpea curry and fruit between now and the end of the day.

Is this going to help or hinder what do you think?

Apart from the stir fry veg, youre not eating anymore than I do daily :)

Its all good, as long as your eating coz youre hungry and not just bored, its all good!
Thank you :) And yes, I do eat when I'm hungry but the thing is I have issues with portion control, so hopefully a knock on effect of this might be that I learn to curb it :D
