A quick 6 weeker??

I'm going high at 16lb off but that's only cos a bloke in my group has set that bar high and I like a challenge.
I get weighed on weds and will be buying a 6 week countdown then to take me through

Yes please - are we starting from last Wednesday4th July or next Wednesday 11th July - I would love to lose 10lbs in 6 weeks - Hopefully that will be achievable (if I can stay off the wine)

2.5 lbs loss this week. Woo hoo!! Off to a great start. Getting closer to 9 stone something.

I put 1/2 on....back on it now though I've made the decision to call target on 15th August regardless of what the scales say
