its my aamw after tomorrow, was wondering what you could recomend to eat?
i know theres a sticky but i want opionons/help.
i was thinking of hving dry [or that none calorie spray] fried chicken with lettuice [sp], but how much of each, i no it says 2oz but is that a chicken breast of half of one ect? and can u have chicken soup on top of the chicken breast?

Also- when i go on holiday im doin aamw and ss, could i have plain bbq chicken breast/turkey/cod?

how much lettuice can i have?

i was supposed to do mine last week but am holding off--well trying!
no recipes sorry was just curious as to why u were doin it early!

hey hunni, 2 oz is basiclly a bite of chicken (ok my bite lol) yes you can have lettuce about a handfull..

when you go away for bbq's etc perhaps you should do the 810-1000 cal plan? that way you can eat more :)

as for the chicken soup yes you can but that will count as your pack..

i make it thick and pour it over my chicken.. its lush :)

i dont want to up my plan, as i dont mind not eatting on holiday, i can cope with my shakes/tetras. I thought it was my 4th week. opps =[ oh was well looking forward to it lol
Kimmie you do it after your 4th week so starting your 5th week, you also dont have to do it if you dont want to until after finishing 12 weeks

I'm hoping to SS for 12 weeks or till I get to 25 BMI which ever comes first then move up the plans for the rest of my weight loss.
