Activity points from exercise dvd

Hi All,

Wondering if anyone knows how many points you can average for doing an hour or so worth of the Zumba dvd workouts? I did try looking for it but i have probably missed it!

I was trying to work this out but with a different work out DVD- 2 hours worth x

On esource someone replied to the message i left about this and said best way to do it is to out intensity at moderate and work it out to be 1 activity point per 10 minutes.
