I was out a lunch today and my god was I hungry when I got back,so I made up my mug pasta, added 1 babybel light, had 3 crackers (4.5 syns) then my other 2 babybell lights (hexB)?were sliced onto the crackers and I had this with a chicken( leg no skin) then had a pear with some yoghurt and honey . The babybel tasted lovely melted. Does that sound ok for quick effort (work was crazy busy) what kind of changes do you make when your a busy bee? Xxx

If I get caught out, I always try and grab a banana or apple to try and get some superfree food in my meal too.
