And if so what are you sinning the chocs as??!
I think i'm going to syn my chocolate at 2 syns as its fairly small and it says 7.5 for 28g and my choc weighed under 10g.
Would that be about right?!
Ooo good I can knock a syn off today then!!
I did ask my consultant on Monday but she said it depends how big the chocolate was and of course I didn't know the answer to that until today!!
