Advice Before I Get Started...

Hi there!!

I was wondering if any1 can help....
I start a new job monday and was hoping to start up with slimfast again but the new job ive got is on nights (10pm-6am) and im not sure how 2 go about it..... do i have my 1st shake/bar when i finish work or when ive had a sleep after wrk???

Any suggestions guys n girls???
 
Well id say ur gonna be working backwards as such going out when everyone in bed and going to bed when everyone getting up ,,, so id say treat the night as the day when ur on nights and treat the day as the day when ur on days off,,,,, is the only way i can think of it
