Ok .....Ive lost 24lb's on WW - but weighed 12 st 6lb's on 16th Dec and now 4th March weigh 12 st 7lb

I keep losing and then gaining same old pound maybe 2!

Do I need to change my diet? Getting fed up with it now not the diet but the yo-yoing and not getting anywhere. Wondered if maybe I should try Slimming world or something more drastic like W8? Only got 1 and half stone to go to goal but ther rate I'm going its gonna take me 3years...ha ha!

    Hi Rach
I'm on 20 points which is correct for my weight etc
I'm weighing things - I've changed menu plans tried new recipes, am drinking all if not more of water quota! I'm doing prob 2.5 hours exercise over the week. I've tried dropping a point ok for 1 week then no difference or gain. I've tried Wendie plan also and thats ok for 2 weeks then back to a gain! Doing my head in!

I've looked at core before - how many points do you get to spend on extra's like bread etc?

you get 21 points a week. Core is really quite simple and if i've stuck to it 100% i have NEVER seen a bad week - i think its good to shake up your system.

You should give it a go - its really simple when you get your head round it. If you need any help with how it works just ask and i'll explain it for you :) x

    Hi tracy and blackwidow,

Ive been reading your thread and feel im in the same boat although i have more to lose! :-( I have never done core before and am not an official member on WW this time as i cant afford it! so going at it alone!.. Haven been bobbing between 13.3 and 13.1 for almost 5 months now between aktin and WW.

I would reallllly appreciate it if you could explain how core works so that I can have a go aswell!

    thanks in advance..

I know several people that follow core very successfully so you could give that a go. I don't want to persuade you one way or the other but I am really enjoying SW, it is basically Core but with Bread and Cheese allowed.

Sometimes its just that we need our head to be in a different place and I think we can get complacent if we have been on a diet plan for a while.

All of them work - some quicker than others - so it just depends on how fast you want to drop the weight.

    I have pm'd you about W8. x
