Advice or words of wisdom needed pls :)

    Just been to weigh in and gained 0.5lb today, although I'm not bothered about that...it's a drop in the sea, especially after the week I've had! :rolleyes: lol

    I have a really good consultant, Denise. She's really down to earth and honest. Anyway, she wanted to have a word with me about my loss. She said that I am losing too quickly and should add more healthy extras.

    I do see where she's coming from but I'm worried about adding HEX's. Has anyone else head of this?

    I know in myself that I need to slow my loss down and I have purposefully introduced more green days and more syns to do so but it's still dropping off (with exception of this week of course).

    I'm enjoying the results, but I know for my long term benefit it needs to slow down.

    I know when you get to target and want to maintain they say to introduce HEX's, but what kind of losses are we talking and how do you go about it? How many syns do you use?

    i think it would be best to up the hex's and not the syns other wise you may start to eat rubbish and then the losses may stop all together
    im not that experienced with sw so dont really know what else to say, maybe what i have said is a load of rubbish anyway lol

    Oh to be in your shoes!! ;)

    Why don't you experiment? If she's suggesting adding more HEs then that's a healthy way of adding a few more calories to you diet, which seems to be what you need. Better than just adding syns, which you may be tempted to use on less healthy options (well I would!)

    How good though...SW is obviously working so well for you and suits you. Your success is fantastic :)

    Hi, I would add the extra he's but still keep an eye on syns.

    But our bodies are all different, and you may still be losing healthily for you, you may just have a speedy metabolism.

    Be interesting to see how you get on with the increase :)

    Thanks for replying :D

    I did do mainly red days and inevitably lost more with that, but over the past month I've introduced green days three days a week and have syns between 5 - 10 a day (however I do cheat and so there is leverage for that in aiming for the syns I use daily!). Despite adding green I've lost 13lb over the last month and I can see where she's comign from cos that is extreme at my stage :confused:

    I'm going to increase my HEX's but as you have all said leave the syns along, otherwise that Nutella jar may be rearing it's ugly head again!! :rolleyes: lol

    I might start keeping a food diary as well just to keep myself right. Thanks for the advice ladies and I'll report back on how it effects as the weeks go on. Fingers crossed, cos I don't want to gain again :D:D

    I for one would love to read your food diary - It would be really interesting to see what you eat (other than nutella!) and perhaps pick up a few tips...help me get some of your losses! ;)
