advice please

Im on day 5 had my milk shakes last night then had a potnoodle im kicking myself but woke up this morning and im having my milkshake, just wondering if it would be ok to go on the xbox kenect and do a bit of exercise i weighed my self this morning to see if i pilled all my hard work back on and the scales say 18stone 13lb my starting weight was 19stone 8lb advice on if i can do the exercise would be great

If you feel ok then yeah it's ok to exercise I've exercised since my first week and I've restarted on tuesday have few weeks off and have done 2 spin classes, circuits and kettlebell this week and felt fine.
 
I think if your feeling up to it ro a little work out it may help with the pot noodle, when do you weigh in??
