I am going to see my cd on Thursday, I havent been for about 7 weeks!:eek:
I am now only 17lbs from goal, my losses are slowing down, 1lb last week!
I do exercise 4/5 times a week (circuits/runnning) and I am having 3 shakes and a meal a day (around 810 possibly more!, not good at keeping count!)
My question is, should I try ss'ing to goal, or am i likely to lose weight at the same rate by going up the plans and exercising more?

Why dont you give SS a go for a week or 2 to shake things up a bit and then move back up to the 810
