Hiya guys - well after months of mucking around on W8/Cambridge but having to come off due to asthma problems.

I'm seeing the weight creep up and have decided to join SW have joined online today but it's all completely new to me!!!

Any ideas for simple meals to keep me going over the next few days until I get used to stuff? packed lunches for work? or soups??

Also, ready meals? any we can have.. I'm going to be mainly green as i love carbs and am not fussed with meat...

Ideas welcome anyway.

Yeah get stocked up on bachelors pasta n sauce and the noodle mugshots. make your own potato wedges with eggs (fried in frylight or poached).

Have you tried looking at the diary pages on here? I keep a diary of everything that I plan to eat during the day and have done since starting SW (for the upteenth time).
