Aerobics step??

DH bless him! Bought me an aerobics step in order to help me get fit and lose weight. Well i've only done it once on holiday! LOL! Does anyone do step aerobics at home? Did yours have a cd? Mine doesn't so I don't even know where to begin! Please help!

hey, you could try on amazon for a fitness dvd to follow, i got a pilates 1 for £3 a callenetics one for £12 and a callenetic book for 1p

am sure you will get a aerobics step one on there!
