of coming off SW i FINALLY found the courage to join again and get on those scales, i put on a stone!!! Nightmare but im back on plan now and excercising :eek: this time only 20min brisk walk everyday (a mile) but planning on building on that. xxx
 
I joined last October and by January had lost nearly a stone, then our consultant left and the it went down hill from there.

A great step in the right direction!!!
Walking is my absolute favourite exercise - it is amazing at how quickly your stamina increases. xx
 
WOW have you lost 4 stone since jan?
