..do the syns / HEB's you had had still count?

I've got a headache which feels like it might turn into a migraine, - when I get a migraine I'm usually sick, sleep, and wake up needing bland carby food like toast - but its an EE day, and I've had my HexB choice for the day already.

So far so good though, so fingers crossed the painkillers I took will knock it on the head.

Sorry to hear you are not well, if you do need toast probably best to syn it. Hope you feel better soon

I'd say syn it as if you have already had you HEB it will most likely of been or partly been digested unless your sick straight after having it.
