    Hi Guys,

I am on day 5 of lipotrim and somewhere on the forum it said that we are allowed original Listerine mouthwash. But ever since using that I feel like I have slowed down on my weightloss. Are we not allowed that, I know it contains alcohol but don't know what else to use for bad breaths.

    Thank you.

Also are we allowed hi-lo salt and pepper to go with chicken soup??

    Hi SpongeBob

I'm new to Lipotrim too (day 6). How are you finding it so far? Yes we are definitely allowed Listerine Original mouthwash, not sure about the salt and pepper though but think I've read some posts on here about people adding pepper to the soup. I personally can't stomach it :)

I am feeling good toady, had a really had headache on day three but been making the shakes into milkshakes and lattes which I think has helped a lot :p.

And about the mouthwash I was just worried because it contains alcohol and I know how strict the diet is on consumption of alcohol (I feel like my mouth is absorbing the alcohol :/)

That's good, glad you're feeling better today. Day 4 was my worst day but I'm finding it a lot easier now. I haven't tried the mouthwash yet, I'm using the Nu-phar breath strips. Wish bad breath wasn't one of the side effects, i'm afraid of standing too close to anyone when I'm talking :)
