It's my 2nd day on SW, so I thought I'd start doing my food diary here :) Any comments/pointers would be greatly appreciated as I've only ever done red or green days before, this is my first time doing EE :)

Brekkie
melon, mango & nectarine
35g porridge oats ( Hex B)
100g Rachel's Organic Fat Free strawb & rhubarb yoghurt ( 1 syn)

Lunch

home made veg soup
2 hovis wholemeal (400g loaf...6 syns)
wafer ham, tomato & lettuce
strawberries, blueberries
strawberry activia snack pot

Dinner

Baked potato, tuna ( in spring water), sweetcorn
40g grated Low Low cheese ( Hex A)
2 level tbspn lighter than light mayo ( 1 syn)
salad ( lettuce, tomato, cucumber, spring onion, orange pepper)

HiFi Light bar ( 3 syns)

Total syns for today is 11

Hiya Jem, course I remember you :D Things are going a lot better for me since I decided to do SW, so far so good and the auld binge eating cycle has been put firmly back in its box :) Hope you're keeping well too :) xx

Hello :) I'm a newbie to EE too, though i'm also a newbie to SW in general. Your weight loss so far is amazing, you look great!

I've been doing sw ee for almost 3 weeks and it's my first time too, I think it's a great plan and it's working for me so far. Hope you are enjoying it too
