..escalators, how dare they break down, right when you really needed them, on the other hand congrats on the exercise LOL

Doing my 3 day sts pattern, hopefully this means I'll drop a little tomorrow even tho I'm on an UD.
I've a feeling tho this is when the weight loss will start slowing down. I'm thinking maybe a 1lb or a 1.5 for this week.

Any weight loss is better than nothing and what I love about judding is you are only dieting half the time!!xx

I dont know what happened yesterday, an UD, but I ate all day long, pick pick pick. This is the 1st problem day I've had in 19 days of JUDDDing. I struggled to control myself.
A "normal" UD is breakfast, large lunch, medium dinner, no grazing, no snacks in between because I'm not usually that hungry.
I did count every calorie and it was only 200 cals over my limit, totalled 2100, not a big deal, I've done almost 2500cals in a day before. But it was the scales this morning showing a gain of 1.8lbs and I think it was the constant eating that did it rather than calories in.
I'm not bothered by the gain so much as I know it will disappear sooner or later but the way I was eating does bother me. I was really close to binge city. I have no explanation, I wish I could say TOTM but thats currently missing, it does that from time to time.
Well its DD today, no problem there, just starve till dinner :)
My next UD I'll be busy, its a college day so hopefully no more munchies.

Didnt eat much yesterday as it was a college day.
Had my usual mars bar and regular coke for lunch. I love it that I can be so naughty and unhealthy and really enjoy myself, no guilt. I always think people see me doing that and think to themselves thats why shes so fat LOL .....but I have my secret, my 9lbs off and JUDDD. I am shrinking even with a coke and mars bar:8855:

DD today and blood test this afternoon, not sure what effect not eating will have on my blood but if that SIRT gene is doing its thing it should be good.
I've been taking resveratrol since the 15th, havent noticed any difference with anything. I might up it to 2 capsules. It says on it take one or two. They are 250mg strength.

Doing JUDDD I've noticed two changes in my body
#1 is my skin, its softer and very clear on my face.
#2 is my intestines they seem to be working a lot better.
Since I started the diet I had some problems with cramping on UDs really painful at times, I thought I was developing IBS or something. I didnt need the loo just got the pain. About 3 or 4 days ago it resolved itself and everything is great now and a prior problem I had with a slow bowel is all gone. Everything is working great.

Bounced up 1lb, hoping it'll drop back tomorrow, my weigh in day.
I've been working out my weigh in days and its always an 8 day week, my weigh in changes days so at first I was a bit flummoxed (like that word :)) but every week it moves forward a day. So I started on thursday and did a normal 7 day week and weighed following thursday but then it moved to friday, now this time is saturday and next week will be sunday. So I'll have to change my siggy as it currently says week 1, week 2 etc but they wont be true weeks but 8 day weeks as I weigh after my DD, so I'm gonna just use the dates.
It all seemed a bit complicated till I actually wrote it all out; maybe I'm a bit dim lol. After years of dieting and always weighing on the same day each week, these rotations were hard for me to get my head around.
Also because its an 8 day week I may have weighed in 3 times by tommorow but I would have been dieting for 23 days not 21, and that gap will just get bigger.
Really and truly tho who cares as long as the weight keeps heading downward!

Really happy with my 2.8lb loss for this week! I thought I would only do a 1 or 1.5. but I had a nice drop of 1.8 this morning yay!
I've decided to go with lbs & ounces being more accurate and I've updated all my stats to reflect that. I've been recording them daily but was rounding them up to lbs in my ticker, profile and siggy, thats changed now.
My total loss on JUDDD from 4 oct so far is 9.2 lbs, total dieting loss is 11.8lbs from 27/09.

My weekly calories seems to stay around the average of 1200 daily.
MFP puts this as a 1.4lb loss a week from 1920 base cals, how strange is it that I'm losing around 3lb a week from Dr.J's 1973 cals:crazy:...... Fine by me, loving it!!

Love reading diaries keep up the good work.

I saw you said your skins is softer and clearer, I have only been judddding just over a week but my roasacea on my face is so much better AND I am more regular which to me is so unusual and surprising for fasting every day.
