Currently lost zero for the week, though my little +0.4 after an UD is good so hoping for a 2lb drop tomorrow, official weigh day :)

Im sure you will get your drop tomorrow, Ive got everything crossed for you! Ive finally lost the 4 lbs I put on whilst away with Ma!! Was saying to Hubby this am it took me about 5/6 days to put it on and virtually 2 weeks to lose it! If I can lose another 4lb before we go away on 24th I will be in the 15's and the lightest I have been for years and years!!

I had my worst DD ever yesterday, could have eaten everything in sight including my own arm but it was worth it as I lost 3 lbs today....so note to self to embrace the hunger as it is burning off the fat!!

Nope, no whoosh just a 0.6lb for the entire week. Why? I have no idea.:hmm:
My average calories were still in the 1200 range

9911 = 1239 over 8 days.

Nevermind any loss is a good loss. Moving right along, new week, new possibilities :)

Don't worry about it. JUDDD gives some peculiar results sometimes and you might get a woosh this week. You've still done really well anyway x

Been miss goody two shoes for 6 weeks and then yesterday my DD turned into an UD.:sigh: Knew it was gonna happen sooner or later, cant be good forever.
It was 'all you could eat' from 5pm -8pm, when I got home from college. All I had all day was a diet coke and then bamm! I wasnt in the best of moods. I have no idea how many cals probably close to 3000 or so.
Back to rotations and try another DD today.

Aw it happens. It happened to me on Monday night actually. It's not the end of the world though and as you've gone straight on a DD today you can easily undo any damage this week. x
 
Well I had the biggest pizza in the world last night as I went out for a meal so I certainly went over but life does get in the way sometimes. You and I will have a good DD today!! xx
 
Wednesday turned into an UD too but yesterday, thursday, I did get back to a DD so hopefully back on track now.

My mood was dropping on monday, I didnt want to go to work, tuesday I didnt want to go to college, all signs that I was sinking so I think thats why on tuesday I just wanted to eat and to hell with everything. I was still bad on wednesday I went to see Paul at elite and I lasted 15 minutes before he sent me home and then of course I ate some more.
I havent been this low for months, I have been sliding backwards and forwards since september, I saw my psychiatrist a couple of weeks ago and he upped one of my meds but it doesnt seem to be helping. (I'm bipolar)
I bought a light therapy box in september because I need all the help I can get to keep my head above water and I know if my mood is gonna drop it will be in the winter months the shorter days.
In the summer I fight mania, in winter I fight depression.
There is a certain point I can reach where I no longer have control and then very thing goes to hell and I cant let myself get to that point.
This is where psychology comes in and my ability to control. Not my environment, not other people but control of myself, what I do, what I think and what I feel. Thats how I got back to a DD yesterday. I realised what it is that is important to me, college is, my work placement and my diet so those I can control, by attending the first two, simply because they are important to me and with the diet by physical and mental control, just do it because it is important to me.
As always in the winter I look forward to March, its like the light at the end of the tunnel, hopefully with a few lbs lost but also in control of my diet and in control of myself.

Bless your heart Kitty, I suffer from depression although its fairly controlled with meds (most of the time!). You are back on your judding now which is the main thing and you know we are all here for you. Life does get in the way sometimes but if we can get over that and hop back onto the wagon its only a small blip.

I've decided to make some changes to my eating plan. I think I would find it easier to work to a regular week. I'm going to have saturday as my weekly weigh in because I want my rotations to include an intermediate day.
Having an ID on Mondays means I can have breakfast before going to work, I only work 4 hours 10-2pm but I will feel more comfortable with some food inside me; and on Tuesdays I have college, I'm out of the house from 11am - 5:15pm, having that as an UD means I can grab anything on my way home and also eat snacks while waiting for my 2nd bus. It takes me two buses and 1hr 30 to get to college, my course starts at 1pm to 4pm and I cant eat in the classroom so I have to eat on my way there, again I feel more comfortable with Tuesdays as UD's.
Here's how the days looks:

I'm still going to weigh in every day because I like seeing the numbers change, up & down, and I really want to track my weight monthly but I'm not calorie counting anymore, its too tiresome, apart from my DD of course which has to stay under 500cals but I'm planning to eat the exact same thing every DD, half a turkey sandwich and a slimfast shake and the 250ml of milk for my tea, it comes to 482 calories. The turkey's really good its bernard matthews sliced turkey and just 21 cals a slice, I dont use butter but do use a smidgen of light mayo, and two thin slices of tomato. I'm going to have the slimfast mid afternoon and the sandwich just before bed, to help me sleep better.
If I start gaining then I will have to go back to the calorie counting.
At the moment because of my 3 Ups in a row I'm +1.8lbs up on my lowest weight which was 199.4 on the 12th Nov.
So heres my new improved monthly weight loss chart minus the calories.... and despite all my errors I am still showing a 2.4lb loss for the month. Nowhere close to Octobers 8.8, by a loss is a loss :)

Well done Kitty, you have achieved what I never have, a loss after a UD!! Life, as we all know, for a variety of different reasons gets in the way sometimes and all we can do is cope with that in whatever way possible. What I like about judding though is that its possible for life to get in the way and all it does is slow things down a bit. Really that is no bad thing as its best to lose weight slowly isnt it ?!!

LOL that made me laugh I'm pretty darn sure you do not look like a man! but maybe losing some hair might help the weight loss, just a titchy bit. :D

Thank you. Theres a few things a bit weird about this diet it certainly doesnt work like other diets. I suppose I'm used to seeing the gains as well as the losses and I know that despite some jumps up the trend is always down. I've always been a daily weigher even on other diets.

Yesterday turned into another UD, it was supposed be intermediate. I'm not bothered though. I had to make a change to my days and today as a DD is my fresh start in my new rotations. The lb I lost I gained back because of yesterday, no surprise. Looking forward to my new plan.
For some strange reason I'm not in any rush to lose weight, not like on other diets where I was always desperate to tip the scales downward. I think its because I see this as a long term process, maybe.
