Total Solution All or nothing

Good to see you back with a refreshed resolve Poppy. x

Thanks Susie, I always seem to wobble but i always get back up again :)

Tried the tomato soup before, it was horrible and didn't really taste of tomato, so it went down the sink and I had a sausage pack instead.

my coat and jeans arrived the other day, both are a size 14. The coat is lovely, really thick, the arms are a bit tight but I expected that, generally it fits quite well. The jeans were a suprise, lighter than I'd normally go for but nice and a lovely soft denim. I'd say a generous 14 as I can get them up and fasten them but they are still a little tight. As is my Monsoon dress hung on my wardrobe as a size guide for my christmas dress, so I have sonething to aim for over the next month.

took some more comparison pictures before, I had some id taken back in March, then did some last month and some this month. There's only a 6-7lb difference between last month and this month but I can definately see a difference which is good.

Well done on restarting - that is the hardest part. Also, well done on the coat and jeans! You must be chuffed. I went shopping this weekend and I also noticed that clothing sizes are so strange. They seem to make the arms way too small - it is really annoying.

Agree with you on the Tomato soup - it really is vile. I tend to stick to the carbonara, vanilla/banana/strawberry shakes and bars.

Good to hear all is well again. Fantastic news on the size 14s. I always find arms the hardest to fit. I love monsoon dresses too. What a super thing to aim for. You can do it !

Good news about the new outfits. Keep thinking that after the next couple of weeks on plan they will fit you nicely x

Tomato soup makes amazing crisps!

Good for you for restarting poppy - with the right attitude you will lose a stone before Xmas. There is only you standing in the way of that :) x

Thanks for your support ladies. I think I'm back in the right frame of mind, 30 days on plan and then I can have a few days off over Christmas.

Busy morning, baby sensory this morning which is always fun. So far I've had a banana shake , a sausage pack and I'm just having a coke zero. Weighed in this morning, stayed the same, which I'm pleased about, onwards and downwards.

Morning poppy. Sounds like you're doing well. Have fun at baby sensory. When's your next weekly WI ? Hope it's a good one for you x

Next official weigh in is Monday - if I can wait that long, I usually get to Thursday and want to weigh myself.

lots of running around today. Just had last shake.

Sounds like you are back into the swing of things Poppy. I'm going to make some tomato crisps tomorrow. Hope they are as nice as the vegatable ones x

Well done poppy! You will be seeing those 13s in no time! I like the banana and sausage packs too; just settling down with a coke zero (my saviour). Here's to another successful day tomorrow! :)

Hi,

still here, still plodding along. I've been awful with posting and diaries this week as my husband has been off work so we've been having a bit of a lazy week - well as lazy as you can have with a 1 year old and a 4 year old.

Inspiration :)

Ah I like those quotes. :)

Bit of a wobble which has annoyed me as I feel like I'm blatantly out to sabotage myself! I may wobble but I refuse to fall and give up, keep calm and carry on, I will get there. Realised before a 2lb loss and I'm half way through and 1st December will be 3 months so I want that 2lb gone before then so I can say 3st in 3 months and half way there.

You can do it! It's the willpower not to just say screw it and give up completely. At the end of the day you've still lost weight and you still will.
That will be exciting to say 3st in 3 months - I know you can do it. :)

Keep going poppy, less wobbles means there will be less to wobble :) Sheridan said it all really. 3st in 3 months, a super achievement which you can get to!

Stay strong & that 2lb will be gone in no time Poppy x
