quiet on the slimfast forum.

Well ive had not the best day food wise but not the worst either i missed my lunchtime shake so had a packet of snack a jacks and some fruit having a curry tonite with lots of extra veg rather than rice or breads.

Soon be the weekend again and time for more partying lol.

Ahh well of to plan what to do with the winnings im going to get on tonites lottery *dreams*

Hey, I'm new to this board but have just kind of started with slimfast.. Any tips for me?!

It doesn't sound like you've done too badly at all. Plus I'm jealous about the partying, hope you have fun and that you've enjoyed your curry too. :D Mmm. I go through phases of having real strong cravings for curry. I either resist or chuck a load of veg in a pan with some low fat curry sauce.

Lottery dreams are the best!

my tips are make sure you keep an eye on portion size so there not to big,,, and make sure you have all your calories or slimfast probably wont work. and welcome to slimfast and the forum
