Had the day off plan yesterday, went Liverpool, pain is so much better when I'm walking

Ended up very off plan again yesterday, weighed today gained 3.5lb. Back on it today

Tea: bachelors savoury rice and fried eggs, banana

Anyway the gig I got freaked out by, I thought "I have to be brave", Jamie and my friend were right by my side, and I ended up on barrier not at back where I thought I'd have to stay, I went dizzy a few times, was in pain and felt nauseous for all of it but I braved it. The gig was amazing, and I waited around and got to meet the whole band after the show.
