I've had a wobbly 3 weeks with too much social events but I'm back on track 100% for the last 4 days too.
I am focusing on the next 6 weeks, get Christmas out of the way then damage limitation in the new year. The more I lose by then will hopefully stop me from doing too much damage
Been trying to drink loads, if I don't I get headaches. Haven't been tempted by food yet. I'm getting married in march and have my dress fitting 20th Feb so need to lose what I can by then. Jus had my third baby 8 weeks ago lol. I'm lucky I don't do that much socially bet its a struggle though. A day at a time, that's my motto x
