I've had a red day today
Breakfast
2 weetabix (hexB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexB), sliced banana
Lunch
Smoked salmon and prawn salad with 1 tbsp french dressing (3.5 syns), small slice of french stick (6 syns) with a small (5g) pat of butter (2 syns)
Snack
Apple, activia fat free yogurt
Tea
Wholemeal pasta (35g dry weight), ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, pasatta, quark.
Supper
grapes

Total of 11.5 syns.

Extra easy day today

Breakfast
2 weetabix (hexb), 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexa), banana

Lunch
Cous cous with peppers, spring onions & herbs, salad and ham

Snack
Cheese and chive snack-a-jacks

Tea
Beef stew with mixed veg and boiled new potatoes

I haven't filled this in for 2 days, oopsie! Thursday, I was so busy I barely ate a thing and forgot to do a food diary. Yesterday it was my birthday so I ate birthday cake ( goes without saying really) and went out for a beautiful Thai meal with a friend.

Today I intend to jump straight back on the wagon and I've got the day off to a good start with:-
Breakfast
2 weetabix (hexB), 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexA) with a sliced banana.

Undecided wether Im going red or green for now, I'll see what I fancy at lunch.

I went for green in the end with
Lunch
Ainsley Harriot's Morrocan couscous (1.5 syns) with green salad.

Tea
Baked beans, 2 poached eggs, 2 small slices wholemeal bread (hexB) spread with 2tsp vitalite (4 syns),1tbsp ketchup (1 syn), Cadbury light chocolate mousse (3 syns)

Total of 9.5 syns

Ok, the old favourite for
Breakfast
Weetabix (hexB) with 250ml semi skimmed milk (hexA) and sliced banana

So it turned into a green day

Lunch
100g McCain oven chips (1.5 syns), 2 eggs fried in fry lite (2 syns), baked beans, 1tbsp ketchup (1 syn), activia fat free yogurt

Got home from work at 9.30pm and my OH had ordered pepperoni pizza and saved me some :/ by this time I was too tired to argue so I ate it and went to bed

Haven't filled this in for a while, I've had a reasonably good week. Slight blip yesterday when we had a party for Lucy. I didn't pick at the party food and just had a cup cake but then OH bought chinese home because we'd barely eaten all day. Still I think I'm on track for my 2lbs off, we'll find out tomorrow!
