just wondering if i can add carrots to my salad? i love them but no mention on the guide about it.

Hi Jenny

I dont think you can have carrots on re-feed or beetroot. I know they are quite high in carbs so that is maybe why they are best to wait until you have finished refeed.

To be sure, I would email LT though, as this is only my interpretation.

double check to be on the safe side as I noticed someone had beetroot in their refeed menu???? Dont want to give you wrong info, I am just a bit unsure as it doesnt say on the refeed sheet...I just stuck to what it said on the sheet to be safe!

Yeah carrots and beetroot are ok - i checked last time i did refeed.
