Am i doing it right?!!!

Hi there, started back on Monday - only tried briefly once before so not sure i am doing it right! I'm not going to meetings as i cant afford it.
OK so yesterday I had:
B - Skimmed milk and mini weetabix thingies (theyre on the Healthy Extra A)
L - Jacket potato, beans and salad,
Mullerlight yoghurt
Tons of grapes
T - Omelette Mushrooms
Syns = cheese in potato
Diet coke

Today I've had:
Cereal and milk
Salad and ham and quavers (5.5 syns)
Falafel
Chicken wrapped in parma ham with veg (no potatoes)
Muller light yoghurt

?Any hints tips? Yesterday in particular i just felt SOOOOO bloated i cant possibly be doing it right! any help appreciated x :)

If yesterday was a Green day and today was a Red day then you are doing well so far.....

Green days do tend to bloat you until you settle to the diet, it's the carbs that do that, but your body will settle down.

Well done so far.

thanks!!!!! understand about all the carbs would never eat so many in a day - cant believe i can eat all this!

Most folk feel that they cannot possibly lose weight eating everything they're supposed to eat on this plan. Green days bloat me, but think of it this way, if you're doing green then you don't lose much water, and all the weight you do lose will be fat!
