Am I doing this wrong

    Hi Guys

    I have been aiming to eat 1350 cals a day, this was what the HCA told me to have. I have gone over a few times but have done exercise to compensate.
    This what i have had over the last few weeks.

    Week one

    total 9695 1500 95 cals over the week

    Week 2

    Total 11170 2240 520 cals down on the week

    Week 3
    thurs 1481 700

    Total 10960 1870 360 cals down on the week

    Food i have eaten includes fruit veg, choc, jacket potatoes,chicken,salads, crisps, jelly, only pasta or rice once a week.
    Any ideas on whether I'm eating too much or should i just increase my exercise?

    The HCA at my gp surgery has told me to eat 1300 cals, and not too increase it just because im exercising and feeling more hungry.

    Hi there, weight loss is a funny thing, I don't lose in one go at all.

    Just glanced over you cals and gym sessions...

    I would discount any cals burnt at the gym, I always thought that your cal intake accounts for excercise in the first place?? I never count cals burnt off and take off the overall cal intake... I'm also on about 1200, this takes into account any excercise I do, so I can't consume more (unless I'm planing a trip to south pole or something)

    hope it sorts itself out hun xx

    I could be wrong though I'm no expert.
