Am I eating too little??

Hi all...
heres my daily food intake and would love your opinion!:eek:

Breakfast: small bowl of special K berry crunch with skimmed milk.

lots of water

lunch: 2 dry wholmeal toast with a very thin spread of low fat cheese spread

apple and a banana

dinner: is usually lots of veg and a weight watchers meal.. not the full meal either

fruit and maybe a muller yoghurt..

I was wondering if I was eating too little to lose weight? :confused:

According to me you are taking very less amount of food. You should concentrate on taking different types of food for breakfast and dinner. And should take necessary amount of water.
 
Well done on your weight loss so far!! I think it depends on whether you can sustain the diet or not really, if you do start to find it too limiting it may lead to you giving up or binging which you obviously don't want to do, good luck xx
