Hi all...
heres my daily food intake and would love your opinion!
Breakfast: small bowl of special K berry crunch with skimmed milk.
lots of water
lunch: 2 dry wholmeal toast with a very thin spread of low fat cheese spread
apple and a banana
dinner: is usually lots of veg and a weight watchers meal.. not the full meal either
fruit and maybe a muller yoghurt..
I was wondering if I was eating too little to lose weight?
