This is today... but it feels like I'm overdoing the fruit... I just cant's top munching today!!

Breakfast:
Natural fat free yogurt - SUPERFREE
Splenda - SUPERFREE
Banana - SUPERFREE
Pear - SUPERFREE
Satsuma - SUPERFREE

Snacks:
Tea with milk - SUPERFREE/HEXA
Splenda - SUPERFREE
Hard boiled egg - FREE
Peach - SUPERFREE

Lunch:
Tuna - FREE
Lettuce - SUPERFREE
Cucumber - SUPERFREE
Tomato - SUPERFREE
New potaotes - FREE
Extra light mayo (1.5 tbsp) - 3.75 syns

Snacks:
Tea with milk -SUPERFREE/HEXA
Splenda - SUPERFREE
French fries - 4 syns
Nectarine - SUPERFREE

Dinner:
Skinless chicken thighs - FREE
Diet coke - SUPERFREE
Passata - SUPERFREE
Onion - SUPERFREE
Mushroom - SUPERFREE
Courgette - SUPERFREE
Tagliatelle - FREE

Syns: 7.5

I'm pretty sure that's why I failed last time - I just ate too much of things.

Help!

There is absolutely nothing wrong with what you are eating.
As long as you are not eating for the sake of it and not eating until you are stuffed then it is just fine.
Looks a good day to me!!
 
For comparison - here is my food

Breakfast - 3 bacon, 1 egg, a ton of mushrooms

banana

Lunch - melon, mango, strawberries, raspberries and a yoghurt on top.

Dinner - beef casserole with carrots, onions, broccoli and mashed potato.

3 coffees (milk A choice)

Supper will be ryvita or bread (B) with cottage cheese, tomatoes and cucumber

Oh, and I have my syns to fit in there too.....

Your menu looks really nice hun, and definitely doesn't seem excessive at all :)

Just a quick note though...remember that only the fruit and veg from your menu are classed as superfree. Anything else is free, a Hex, or synned :) xx

The way I look at it to keep my head clear is fruit and veg superfree, meat free, fibre h ex b dairy h ex a syns - yummy things like sweeties :) x

Not even close to eating too much. I doubt there's a thousand calories in that. Dont skip on the Healthy Extra B, there is some important nutrition there...
 
That looks like a pretty good days worth of food to me. Definitely not too much at all, it seems all healthy and balanced.
